Item Condition: Returned items must be in new, unused condition and in original packaging with tags. We are unable to accept refunds for any washed, worn or damaged items.
Refund Processing: Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it is eligible for a refund, we will process the refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping Cost: The shipping cost of the return is borne by the customer unless there is a quality problem with the product or the wrong product was sent.
